3.Missing One Tooth
Replacing single missing maxillary central incisor and making it look natural is one of the hardest things to
do in implant dentistry. Here I have several examples of replacing single missing central incisors using
implants and implant crowns.
Another lower left first molar restored with an implant and implant crown.
This patient is in his early 20's. His left central incisor developed
external root resorption and had to be extracted. The tooth was restored immediately with an implant and implant crown after extraction .
This patient is in his mid 30's. He lost his right central incisor due to
infection following unsuccessful root canal treatment. The missing
tooth was restored using an implant and implant crown.
This patient is in her mid 20's. She was congenitally missing both of her
lateral incisors. The missing teeth were restored using two implants,
two custom abutments and implant crowns.
This patient is in her mid 40's. These series of pictures show how an
implant can be used to restore a missing front tooth immediately following extraction.
