1.This is a pre-op photo of a patient in her mid 50 ¡¯ s. She used have a bridge on upper right side which
failed due to extensive decay that undermined abutment teeth. This case is managed by implants and
immediate implant provisional crowns.
2. Three implants are placed and provisional implant crowns are fabricated and connected to
implant on the day of implant surgery.
3.The gum has all healed 3 weeks after the surgery. As a general rule, we wait 6 months
after implant placement in upper jaw bone before finalizing the treatment.
4. View of finalized treatment. Other failing crowns are replaced as well.
