Missing Multiple Teeth

This female patient in her 50's had two bridges on her lower jaw. Both bridges were replaced with implants due to abutment teeth failure.

The patient wanted to do one side at a time. Panorex shows
right side already done, and a failing premolar with a RCT and temporary post on the lower left.

Periapical x-ray showing two implants.
One's 4mm x 11.5 mm and the other 5mm x 11.5mm.
On the lower jaw, as a general rule, use of implants shorter than 10mm should be avoided.

6 mm tall healing abutments in place. I'll use these healing
abutments to take a bite registration.

Impression taking, using stock tray and pick-up type
impression posts.

Bite record using tall healing abutments and resin. Notice
the open margins on upper crowns. Open margins on
crowns lead to caries and gingivitis; these crowns should
be replaced with higher quality crowns.
