Missing Multiple Teeth

This case shows how I used a claspless removable partial denture with attachments and crowns to rehabilitate patient's entire mouth.

I only have photos of patient's pre-treatment models. This patient is in his mid 50's. He lost multiple teeth, and his remaining teeth have undergone severe wear due to patient's bruxism (night time grinding of teeth) and lack of posterior support. The treatment plan is to crown the remaining teeth to protect them from further damage and replace missing upper back teeth with a removable partial denturre using ERA attachments.

This is a removable partial denture with no clasps that
show when patient smiles. This denture clips onto two metal o-rings you see in the middle picture. I do not recommend other dentists make this kind of denture because it
requires frequent maintenance.

Here is a picture of how I finished the case. The black lines you see at lower anterior teeth's gum line are actually metal finish lines, and they were put there on purpose
because they give better marginal
seal, and patient doesn't show
them.

with ERA attachments.

Mandibular full arch occlusal view.

This is how the denture fits onto the crowns.
Underside view of the denture. Can you see the ERA attachment plastic inserts? They are the two round things surrounded by pink acrylic.
