Missing Multiple Teeth
           


This patient has had a root canal therapy and apicoectomy on three of her upper front teeth, and now they are reinfected and became not restorable. The three anterior teeth were restored using two implants and a three unit implant bridge.
 
 
Two implants were placed immediately following extractions, and after 6 months of healing they are ready to be used as supports for an implant bridge. .


Provisional bridge is used to shape the gum around the implants to make them look natural. This provisional implant bridge is fixed onto the implants.


Due to the trajectory of the implants, custom abutments are fabricated.
