Missing All Teeth

 

Description: Male patient in his mid 30 ' s. This patient suffered from fractured lower jaw and lost multiple teeth as a result of an auto accident. In addition of missing teeth this patient had host of problems which included: esthetic problem, lack of restorative space, horizontal plane problem, maxillary and mandibular jaw relationship problem, lack of lower lip support, lack of attached keratinized gingiva, and periodontal disease, fractured teeth and caries. After presenting and discussing pros and cons of various treatment options patient has decided to remove all of his teeth and restore upper teeth using a conventional complete denture and restore missing lower teeth using 4 implants and implant bar retained complete denture. There were other treatment options that preserve most of patient ' s existing teeth, but due to financial reasons, patient chose to restore the teeth using removable dentures.

in the resin denture base for strength.
