This missing lower left first molar was restored using wide diameter ITI implant and
cementable implant crown.
 
 

This picture was taken 4 months after implant placement. The green post you see is called a solid abutment.

This is what the x-ray looks like. Compare the
implant length and width to adjacent premolar's root.

Coping for PFM. The shape of the coping is carefully
designed to prevent porcelain fracture while
allowing esthetic result.


Porcelain baked onto the coping. The crown is now
ready to be cemented onto the implant abutment.
